Andrews Meat Industries signs on as an official 2024 Vivid Fire Kitchen supplier

In support of Vivid Fire Kitchen, as part of Vivid Sydney 2024, Andrews Meat Industries will be supplying the produce that makes the event such a key attraction.

Hot on the heels of its success in 2023, the Vivid Fire Kitchen will be running from Friday 24 May to Saturday 15 June 2024 at The Goods Line in Ultimo as part of Vivid Sydney.


Supported by renowned meat brands Tajima Australian Grainfed Wagyu, Grainge Signature, Little Joe, Riverina Angus, and White Pyrenees Lamb, all supplied by Andrews Meat, the 2024 Vivid Fire Kitchen will be hosting the finest international and local legends of meat, featuring acts from Hardcore Carnivore Jess Pryles, open-fire cooking trailblazer Niklas Ekstedt, and former Rockpool culinary director Corey Costelloe. Leading the entire Fire Pit team is renowned, award-winning Pitmaster Adam Roberts and 2022 Australian Professional Chef of the Year Andrew Ballard.

The Vivid Fire Kitchen will transform the Goods Line in Ultimo for 23 nights and give visitors the opportunity to explore the art of fire cooking with live demonstrations from leading chefs, who will offer their own unique insights into the magic of cooking with fire.


Andrews Meat Industries will be supplying a range of award-winning beef including Grainge Signature Beef, Little Joe, Riverina Angus and Tajima Australian Grainfed Wagyu, as well as the internationally-renowned White Pyrenees Lamb.
